Can you please explain this offer to me?
This program is a private offer to all members of the Associated General Contractors. (AGC). There are three private offer levels:
- $500 on passenger cars, sport utility vehicles and the all new full-size pickup trucks
- $1,000 on all other pickup trucks
- $2,000 on vans

Can I use this private offer toward the purchase or lease of any new GM vehicle?
Offer applies to model year Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Saturn, HUMMER,
and Cadillac vehicles. This offer excludes GM models: Cadillac XLR, XLR-V
and STS-V; Chevrolet Corvette; HUMMER H1; Saturn SKY; Pontiac Solstice; and
Saab. Additional GM models may be excluded from time to time at GM's sole discretion.
AGC members whose businesses qualify as a fleet are eligible for the
National Fleet Purchase Program (FVX) incentive, plus this GM AGC private offer. See
your dealer for FVX program details.
AGC members who are non–fleet commercial customers are eligible for
most current retail incentives, plus this GM AGC private offer. See your

What other incentives can be combined with this AGC private offer?
This private offer is in addition to most eligible business or consumer incentive programs in effect at time of vehicle delivery. The offer can be combined with most retail national and regional incentives, including GM Business Choice. AGC members whose businesses qualify as a fleet are eligible for the National Fleet Purchase Program (FVX) in addition to this private offer. This private offer cannot be combined with other private offers, cannot be used on prior purchases/leases, and may not be received as cash. Please see your dealer for details.
How do AGC members find out about this offer?
AGC has been provided program details, and will communicate to its members. Dealers have provided an incentive bulletin with all details.
How do I redeem this offer?
The AGC member must present their AGC membership card when ready to purchase or lease a vehicle.
I lost my AGC membership card. What should I do?
Contact your local AGC Chapter to obtain a replacement membership card. You can find contact information by going to AGC.org and searching the local chapters for the one nearest you.
Can I use my GM Card earnings with this GM private offer?

The offer lists passenger cars and light-duty trucks as eligible for the offer. Are vans and SUVs eligible, too?
Most pickups, vans and SUVs are considered light-duty trucks, which are all
eligible. HUMMER H1 Alpha is not a light-duty truck and is therefore not eligible.

Are dealer demo and drivers' training vehicles eligible under the GM AGC private offer?
Yes, as long as they have a minimum of 2500 miles and a maximum of 7500 miles.
When can I use this offer?

What are the requirements to be a GM Fleet customer?
A Qualified Fleet Customer/User is defined as any company or organization that purchases or leases five (5) or more new cars and/or trucks solely for use in its operations during the current or preceding model or calendar year or preceding twelve (12) month period, OR that owns or leases fifteen (15) or more cars and/or trucks solely for use in its operations. Qualified Fleet Customers are always determined by the ultimate users and the ongoing usage of the vehicles in their business operations. This principle applies to vehicles purchased from a General Motors Dealer or leased from a financial institution. All customers must meet the in-service requirements. A qualified fleet customer/user must have a General Motors Fleet Account Number (FAN) to be eligible for any General Motors fleet incentive. If you don't have a FAN number and qualify as a fleet, see your GM dealer who can verify your eligibility and apply for a FAN.
Do I have to finance or lease my new vehicle with GMAC?
No.
Can I redeem this offer for cash?
No.
Can I use this private offer to purchase or lease a vehicle outside the U.S.?
You must be a permanent resident of, and take delivery in, the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Are there any tax advantages for my business if I acquire a vehicle?
You will need to check with your tax professional for advice.
How many vehicles may I purchase with the offer?
You may purchase as many vehicles as you want under this program, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.
Can I buy some vehicles at one dealership and others at another dealership?

Can I receive this discount from any GM Dealer?
This program is available through all participating U.S. GM Dealers and is voluntary on the part of each dealer. You should inform the dealer of your intention to use the GM AGC private offer during your first contact with the dealer. If your dealer elects not to participate, you may visit another GM Dealer.

Are upfitter equipment or dealer installed options covered by this offer?
