Safety and Health Services

Welcome to AGC's Safety & Health Services. Safety and health on job sites is an important function for the workplace today. While visiting AGC's Safety and Health Services web pages, you will gain a wealth of information and services on construction safety and health through our safety resources. Receive the latest news and updates by joining AGC's Safety and Health E-Forum and the AGC Safety and Health Newsletter.

We also welcome all AGC members to join the AGC National Safety and Health Committee. Network with career construction safety and health professionals, hear the latest updates on both legislative and regulatory activity on the federal and local levels, and participate in the development of AGC safety products, such as videos, publications and training.

AGC of America works in cooperation with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other federal agencies, industry stakeholders and members to further improve safety and health for workers across the country in the construction industry through cooperative programs and agreements. To further our partnership with OSHA, AGC has received for the sixth year in a row, the Susan Harwood Grant to continue our training for the Focus Four Hazards in the Construction Industry.

Each of AGC's Chapters offers a variety of safety and health services from basic to full comprehensive safety departments that offer jobsite inspections, safety van visits and OSHA/MSHA consultation.
