Angelina Rivera is the Supply Chain Group Manager for NIST MEP National Platforms, where she spearheads the Supplier Scouting Operations. With over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Improvement, Angelina brings invaluable expertise to the table, focusing on identifying and implementing strategies to enhance the supplier scouting process. She holds a Lean Manufacturing Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Green Belt, and is a Yellow Belt Senior Lead Instructor. Additionally, Angelina has completed courses in Disruptive Strategies from Harvard University and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Samm Webb

Samm Webb is part of National Platforms Division; her primary focus area is supplier scouting, where she assists in the operations of supplier scouting, educates the MEPNN, agencies, and organizations about MEP supplier scouting services, and facilitates collaborations across the MEP National Network™. Samm graduated from the University of Maryland University College and has been with the MEP Program for 24 years.

Robert Barnes
National Platforms Division
National Institute of Standards and Technology

Robert Barnes is a member of the National Platforms Division working in the area of Supplier Scouting in operations and administration. Robert assists in the education of the MEPNN, agencies, and organizations about MEP supplier scouting services, and focuses on Supplier Scouting effort as a part of the larger Supply Chain effort. He handles more the mechanical and operational aspects of Supplier Scouting, as well as reporting and curation of data. Robert is a graduate of Virginia Tech focusing on Economics and International Studies.

Kirtan serves as a regional leader of HOK's firmwide Aviation + Transportation group. She has more than 20 years of experience executing complex, mixed-use building types with a focus on aviation and rail transportation.

Kirtan has led numerous high-profile projects as a technical leader, including a new terminal at the Kansas City International Airport, a passenger terminal and ground transportation center at the U-Tapao-Rayong-Pattaya International Airpoort in Phla, Thailand, Terminal 2 at the Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru, India, improvements to the 33rd Street entrance and concourse at Penn Station in New York and the first three rail stations-including the terminus hub- for Brightline in Florida.
