Description:
The U.S. Treasury Department has begun distributing $350 billion to state, local and territorial governments under President Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief law--the American Rescue Plan Act. These funds can be used for a broad range of purposes. What public and private construction projects--from transportation to buildings--are eligible for this funding? Are there federal requirements attached to projects using these funds?

During this webinar, members of AGC's government relations team will answer these questions and more. Attendees will also learn:

  • How much of the $350 billion their state, local and territorial governments have or will receive
  • Examples of public and private construction projects where some state, local or territorial governments are already seeking to utilize these funds
  • The potential for government requirements--federal, state/territorial, and local--attaching to projects utilizing these funds and the reporting requirements the U.S. Department of Treasury is considering.
