Linda has served as an Account Manager for Dynamic Benchmarking for 8 years, guiding numerous clients through the development and deployment of benchmarking studies. Prior to her current role, Linda led teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to measure and benchmark patient’s experiences with medical treatments.
Linda graduated from Rider University with a degree in Business Administration, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and received a Benchmarking Professional certification from The KPI Institute.
