Within her construction career, she’s built a successful track record of collaborating with cross functional teams across the country – leading an organization of 20 operating divisions to adopt CRM technology and drive sales as leading indicators for the business. Gradl is a contributing member of the AGC Business Development Steering Committee, the ASCC, and regional economic development organizations. Gradl frequently presents on business development trends for ENR and the AGC.
