His insurance carrier and consulting experiences have also provided Jim with an extensive background in working with other benefit programs, such as group term & variable life, long-term and short-term disability, dental, Section 125 and 401(k) plans. Jim has received numerous honors and awards for being a top producer and analyst within the employee benefits and human capital industry. Jim has previously participated on the advisory council for each of the major insurance companies nationally and has helped develop and design new initiatives within those companies.
