High Performance Building Council Issues Report to Congress

The National Institute of Building Sciences' (NIBS) High Performance Building Council (HPBC) continues to work to update the definition of high performance buildings and encourage the production of high performance buildings throughout the Nation. The HPBC recently issued its High Performance Buildings Report, as required by law. In addition to the High Performance Buildings Caucus of the U.S. Congress, the HPBC has approximately 100 participating organizations and agencies and AGC is represented on the nine-member HPBC Executive Committee.
