AGC Seeks Peer Reviewers for New Publication on Green Building Issues

The author of a new publication has requested AGC to assemble a small peer group to review the nearly completed text of a new publication on pre-construction activities associated with green building projects.  The book explores how the green elements of a project may impact estimating, contracts, scheduling and other pre-construction decisions and activities. Participants in the peer group would commit to read and provide comment on the text and participate on approximately two conference call discussions over the next couple of months.  Reviewers also will have the opportunity to submit case studies and/or photographs to further illustrate the points made in the text.  The author will recognize all contributing members of the peer group in the publication.  If you are interested in being a part of this small peer group, please contact Melinda Tomaino by February 2 at tomainom@agc.org or (703) 837-5415. AGC will organize a conference call with the author to begin the review process.  John Wiley Publishers will publish the book in 2010.
