AGC Charities presented four member firms and one AGC Chapter with an AGC in the Community Award during the annual convention in Las Vegas.

“Firms like this epitomize the essence of charitable giving and represent the best of what our industry has to offer,” said Tom Brown, president of San Diego, California-based Sierra Pacific West, Inc. and the president of AGC Charities. “They remind everyone that construction firms are just as good at building hope and help as they are building factories and highways.”
AGC in the Community Award winners are selected by a panel of judges representing all areas of construction. Award entries were evaluated based on the level of commitment, the scope of the philanthropic efforts and the quality of the benefits to the community.
