New Division Leaders Take Office

At the AGC Annual Convention in Las Vegas last month, several Building Division leaders ascended to new positions within the association. Chuck Greco (pictured above), President & CEO of Linbeck Group LLC in Houston, Texas, and Terry Wooding (pictured below), Executive VP of Petra Construction Corporation in North Haven, Conn., became the 2011-2012 chair and vice chair, respectively, of the AGC Building Division. Greco has served as Division vice chair, chair of the Lean Construction Forum and Industry Liaison Committee, and as a member of the AGC Executive Board.  Wooding has served as chair of the Construction Marketing Committee and is currently leading a task force on team selection guidelines. Dirk Elsperman, EVP and COO of Tarlton Corp in St. Louis, Mo., is the new chair of the AIA-AGC Joint Committee.  Elsperman is a past chair of the Building Division, Industry Liaison Committee and previously served on the AGC Executive Board. David Stueckler, Division President, Linbeck Group LLC, is the new chair of the Lean Construction Forum.  Stueckler has been with Linbeck his entire career and has extensive experience in all aspects of construction, include lean construction processes. AGC extends its appreciation to Mike Kenig of Holder Construction in Atlanta, Ga., for his leadership of the Building Division from 2009-2011, Les Snyder of Barton Malow in Southfield, Mich., for his leadership of the AIA-AGC Joint Committee from 2008-2011, and Chuck Greco of Linbeck in Houston, Texas, for his leadership of the Lean Construction Forum from 2009-2011.
