Summer BIMForum – Presentation Proposals Due May 6

The Summer BIMForum will be held on July 19-20 in Chicago, with the theme “Where Does Design End and Construction Begin?” The usual intent is to achieve design decisions that are both early and well informed to avoid costly later revisions. But does this necessarily imply that all design effort should be concentrated exclusively at the start of a project? The Summer BIMForum will explore how BIM is being used to find the optimal balance of allowing the best decisions to be made at the most appropriate time without negatively impacting construction costs and schedules.  If you would like to submit a proposal for the BIMForum please go here.
