FMI Conducting Industry Talent Development Survey

AGC members are encouraged to participate in a survey FMI is conducting to get a comprehensive picture of the current state of the construction industry. The results of the U.S. Construction Industry Talent Development Survey will help identify the current training and development practices, challenges and trends making an impact on the construction industry. The results will be presented at the opening session of AGC’s 5th Annual Training, Education and Development (TED) Conference, October 3-4, 2011, in Kansas City, Missouri. Both the survey and the presentation will include anecdotal information on best practices gleaned from additional interviews with construction firms that participate in the survey.
