Due to popular demand, AGC will offer the Leadership in Construction Workshop this fall. Please join us in Arlington, Va., September 26-28 for this interactive workshop designed and instructed by constructors, for constructors.
Through a series of personal assessments, group exercises, case studies and interactive instruction, participants will:

- Complete a series of personal assessment instruments, including a 360-degree feedback evaluation, to discover leadership styles
- Apply leadership principles to the construction industry
- Explore the difference between leadership and management
- Learn an effective model for conflict resolution
- Map an action plan for continued professional growth
- Develop strategies for dealing with members of a project team
