Michael Gifford, Executive Director of the AGC Colorado (Building Chapter) and Tony Milo, Executive Director of the Colorado Contractor’s Association (Highway Chapter) recently received the 2011 Chair’s Award from the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation for an outstanding Economic Development effort for the Denver Metro Region.
Michael and Tony led an effort to raise $1.2 million from the construction & design industry as part of a $6.5 million campaign to defeat Amendments 60/61 & Prop 101, 3 ballot Initiatives that would have devastated the Colorado economy.
