Looking to Increase the Productivity and Professionalism of Your Project Mangers and Superintendents?

AGC’s Supervisory Training Program and Project Manager Development Program provide the right career path for emerging superintendents and project managers. Managing a project is hard work and the individuals on the front lines—the project managers and superintendents, need all of the resources possible to make sure they are doing an effective job—why not provide them with the additional training they deserve? After all, when they save money, you make money. AGC’s Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed for early-career superintendents and those looking to move into such a role. STP contains ten units of topics relevant to superintendents and two overview units geared toward building or heavy/highway construction supervisors. Each unit in this program is designed for 25 hours of instruction. The Project Manager Development Program (PMDP) is designed for early-career project managers and those looking to move into such a role. The five courses in this program focus on the project manager’s role in any type of construction. Each modules of this program is designed for 16 hours of instruction. You can learn more about these programs at www.agc.org/STP and www.agc.org/PMDP or by emailing curriculum@agc.org.
