Free Training, Education and Development (TED) Forum Town Hall Webinar

AGC of America is offering a free Webinar to all members and Chapter staff who are interested in learning more about delivering online training and the ongoing efforts of AGC’s Training, Education & Development Forum. It will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 21. The webinar will be split into two parts: an update on the AGC TED Forum’s activities and a presentation on the award-winning McCarthy Foundations of Leadership Program. The McCarthy Foundations of Leadership Program was developed to identify company potential leaders and then provide them with the skills needed to step into the next role at a faster pace.  This fast-track plan is also designed to challenge the high-potentials, keep them fully engaged in the company and heighten the overall level of professionalism in the industry. In 2011, this program won an AGC Education Excellence Award. This program will be led by Robin Renschen, McCarthy’s Director of Training, and Matthew Hunt, McCarthy’s Director of Employee Performance & Development. AGC of America’s Training Education & Development Forum encompasses a broad range of programs, products and services that serve AGC members and Chapter staff who are involved in industry outreach, craft training, and professional development for employees at all levels and job titles within the industry. Forum members will give updates on initiatives and show how interested members can participate.
