Past Building Division Chairs Elected AGC President and Treasurer

Joe Jarboe, Senior Vice President of Clark Construction Group in Bethesda, MD and David Hanson, Senior Vice President of Walbridge in Tampa, FL became AGC of America’s president and treasurer, respectively, at the AGC Annual Convention held last month in Honolulu, HI. During Jarboe’s 20-plus year involvement with AGC, he has chaired the Building Division and the AIA-AGC Joint, Membership Administrative, and Federal Building Procedures committees.  Hanson has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years and has chaired the Building Division, Public/Private Industry Advisory Council (PIAC) and the Surety Bonding and Risk Management Forum. In addition to these two AGC officers, Paul Diederich, president of Industrial Builders, Inc. in West Fargo, N.D. is AGC’s new senior vice president and Alan Landes, president & COO of Herzog Contracting Corp. in St. Joseph, Missouri  is AGC’s new vice president.
