The Construction Leadership Council is holding it's annual working weekend on Sept. 20-22 in Seattle, Wash. AGC is seeking young and mid-career professionals to attend the annual two-day event. Chapter staff who work with CLC groups also are encouraged to attend. The event is designed to help AGC of America’s mid-career professionals get connected and share best practices. Attendees do not have to be a member of a CLC group to join this event.
The event starts Thursday evening with a reception, runs all day Friday with a great lineup of speakers, including Washington State Attorney General and Gubernatorial Candidate Rob McKenna; pioneering mountaineer and businessman Jim Whittaker; and a “panel of legends” that includes former AGC of America President Ted Aadland. Friday concludes with a boat tour of Seattle. On Saturday, attendees will head for a jobsite tour of the $250 million update to the University of Washington’s football stadium.
