New Construction Project Manager Course Added

Due to popular demand, AGC has added an additional program to be held January 27-February 1, 2013 in Dallas. AGC's Construction Project Manager Course (PMC) participants experience an interactive program that explores the critical areas of project management that seasoned project managers tackle on a daily basis. The course's curriculum builds on itself throughout the week, starting with the impact planning has on the overall project and moving on to cover scheduling, productivity and subcontractor/vendor management as well as legal issues and contract clauses, record-keeping and much more.  In addition to credit hours toward licensing and other professional designations, PMC graduates leave the course with a new arsenal of techniques, an expanded network of professional mentors and colleagues, and the empowerment to bring their very best to their projects, their teams and their customers. This program is eligible for up to 44 hours of continuing education credit. Did you know your chapter could be earning non-dues revenue by referring local participants? Under the Incentive Referral program, participating AGC chapters receive a referral incentive for simply referring members and non-members to attend AGC of America management programs; the Project Manager Course and Advanced Management Program. Twice yearly, AGC will compensate the AGC chapters, based on the application from the participant, who refer participants to the program with a 10% referral incentive on the registration fee received. Your chapter must be enrolled to participate. Don’t delay; our last program was a sell out! There are a limited number of seats available! Register by December 31 and receive $500 off! All-Inclusive Tuition: program fee includes tuition, hotel accommodations for five nights, all meals at the hotel and course materials.
