Students and Educators Invited to Attend AGC Convention at Reduced Rates

AGC Student Chapter members and educators are invited to attend AGC of America’s 2013 Annual Convention, to be held March 6-9, in Palm Springs, Calif., at reduced registration rates of $75 for students and $150 for educators. In addition to such world-class speakers as Dr. Peter Diamandis, Founder of the X Prize Foundation and Gen. Michael Hayden, Former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); there will be great professional development sessions, such as the future of technology innovations in construction and the 10-minute construction law drill. Also, students and educators won’t want to miss the annual Student Chapters meeting, to be held from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6. The meeting will feature presentations by the 2012 Outstanding Student Chapter Contest winners, a roundtable mentoring session with AGC’s Construction Leadership Council, and more. AGC will be providing shuttle service from the Courtyard to the JW Marriott, where the main Convention events will be held. When the discount is entered, a student will be charged a registration fee of $75 and an educator, $150.
