Advance Management Program: New Schedule!

For over 20 years, AGC’s Advanced Management Program has been strengthening participant’s business proficiencies and construction knowledge through the guidance of industry experts and by sharing best practices and ideas with fellow construction professionals. New this year, the schedule has been condensed to meet the needs of busy executives. Join us November 10-15 and begin taking the steps to further your career as a construction management executive. Areas of focus include: • Strategic and Financial Management • Risk Management • Leadership • Contract Dispute Resolution • Leading Change • Construction Ethics • Fit to Lead (a look at how personal health affects leadership ability) • Safety Management • Reputation Management • Construction Productivity   Participant Profile & Application Information Ideal candidates for AGC’s AMP are members of a firm’s senior management team. A minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience or six years of construction experience and a Bachelors degree are required for acceptance. Held at the world-renowned Cooper Center in Dallas, TX, this program offers a holistic approach to training and wellness. To ensure a strong focus on peer-to-peer learning, space for this course is limited to 38 participants. This program is eligible for 4.4 IACET/ANSI CEUs and 44 AIA LUs to aid in maintaining certifications and other continuing education requirements.
