At the AGC Annual Convention in Las Vegas, NV, the Building Division by acclimation elected Douglas Maibach as Chairman for 2017-2018. Doug is Chairman of Barton Malow Enterprises and Executive Vice President of Barton Malow Company in Southfield, Michigan. He is a very active leader in local community and industry organizations. He is past Chairman of the AGC of Michigan board, the current Chair of its Labor Relations Division and is involved with the Construction Users Roundtable and the Construction Industry Institute. Doug is also a member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan and Connecticut, and a Licensed Builder in Michigan, Louisiana, California, and Colorado.
David Stueckler, President and CEO of Linbeck of Houston, Texas was elected Vice Chair. Dave Pepper, the former Chairman of the Building Division, will be Immediate Past Chairman.
