The Project Innovation and Delivery Forum is Actively Recruiting for 2021-2023 Steering Committee and Micro Volunteer Opportunities are Available

In 2018 the Project Delivery Forum changed its name to Project Innovation and Delivery Forum to broaden its scope and put emphasis on the innovations necessary to deliver projects in the 21st century. The mission of the forum is to align the execution of construction projects with the latest innovations in safety, quality and productivity, and to educate the industry on best practices in order to deliver quality projects on time and on budget.

The Project Innovation and Delivery Forum Steering Committee is actively recruiting for the 2021-2023 Steering Committee term, beginning March 2021. The Steering Committee is an active group-meeting 8-10 times a year via teleconference and in-person twice a year in conjunction with other AGC events. The Steering Committee steers the initiatives of the Forum and is an aggregator for ideas for future deliverables such as webinars and podcast topics. The Steering Committee is actively working to share lessons learned on how contractors are delivering projects innovatively across the industry. Areas we are currently focusing on:

  • Centralized supply chain
  • Data Security Risk
  • Modular/Hybrid Construction
  • Reality Capture
  • Constructability/End-user VR
  • Chemical Processing
  • 3-D Scanning – Owner Value
  • Scalable Financial Software

There are also microvolunteer opportunities where you only participate in providing one deliverable.

To apply for both big and small opportunities to advance the construction industry, please complete AGC's Volunteer Interest Form by November 30, 2020.
