AGC PAC: The Associated General Contractors Of America Political Action Committee Encourages Senator Sinema To Run For The U.S. Senate

Construction Industry’s Election Fund Provides the Maximum Contribution to Support the Senator’s Campaign, Noting Her Proven Leadership & Support for Economic Growth

The Associated General Contractors of America Political Action Committee, also known as the AGC PAC, announced today that it has contributed the maximum allowable amount to Senator Kyrsten Sinema’s campaign and is strongly encouraging her to run for reelection to the United States Senate. AGC PAC officials said they are supporting the Sinema campaign because of her support of common-sense economic growth policies and strong commitment to the construction industry in Arizona.

Kyrsten Sinema is a serious leader who has a proven track record of delivering results for Arizona, its workers, and our country,” said Stephen E. Sandherr, Treasurer of AGC PAC. “The Senator led efforts to deliver landmark, bipartisan legislation that invests in our infrastructure and brings back manufacturing jobs, all while standing up to partisan efforts to enact massive tax increases.

In addition to encouraging Kyrsten Sinema to run for re-election, AGC PAC contributed the maximum allowable amount of $10,000 to her campaign. AGC PAC is also encouraging the association’s members in Arizona to help turn out the construction vote in support of her candidacy, should she run for reelection.

“Our country would be a lot better off if we had more people in office like Kyrsten Sinema, who puts the needs of her constituents first. Having her in Washington is good for Arizona and great for its workers, who will have options to work on more than 400 construction projects identified for Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding in the state,” said David Martin, president of the Arizona Chapter of AGC.

AGC is the leading association for the construction industry, with hundreds of member companies in Arizona, representing general and specialty contractors, service providers, and suppliers. This endorsement comes from AGC PAC, the national association’s political action committee.
