Webinar: Using OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA) to Submit Your Form 300A and Form 300/301 Data

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is hosting a webinar on electronically submitting workplace injury and illness data using the Injury Tracking Application on February 7 from 1–2 p.m. EST. Registration is free and Spanish translation will be available.

OSHA’s final rule that expands the current recordkeeping requirements went into effect on January 1, 2024, and mandates the submission of Form 300-Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and Form 301-Injury and Illness Incident Report in addition to Form 300A-Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses data from construction establishments with 100 or more employees. Establishments with 20 to 99 employees continue to be required to submit only Form 300A-Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses data.

If you have any questions on the final rule, please contact Kevin Cannon at kevin.cannon@agc.org or (703) 837-5410.
